This is an activity that a student can do while sitting on his/her chair. All you have to do is stretch out your arms with your palm facing up and hold your elbows straight. Now open and close your fist by taking deep breaths. Make sure that your breath is long, slow, and deep. Do it for 30 to 60 seconds only and while doing this focus your attention on your breath. This exercise helps in bringing oxygen to your brain and thereby energising your nervous system.
In this exercise, first, make a fist in which keep the thumb inside and then raise your arms to make a 60° angle. Now bend your elbows and cross the fists behind your head and take a deep slow breath. Punch and grab
You have to stand with your feet 3 feet apart and make a fist. Now taking one arm at a time trying to reach in front. You have to inhale when you open your fist and exile when you close and drawing it back to your body. Do this exercise by alternating your arms as you pretend to grab something.
