          Essential: Graduate Any Discipline
          Desirable: MBA / PGDBM preferably Full time
Skills: Excellent communication, Project Management, Computer knowledge,
Problem-solving, Team working, 8 plus years experience in Generalist HR with focus
on transformational and change management.

Overall Responsibility

The HR Manager role is a critical member of the management team and working in
identifying strong talent from outside as well as working to grow and develop the internal
talent. This individual will be working with the management team in support of their
training and development efforts.
